Terms of Service & Fair Use

1. The Service

CaptureFlow is a studio-management platform for photographers and videographers, operated by Trident Studios LLP / SilTech Industries. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Plans, Pricing & GST

  • Advertised prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
  • New studios get a 14-day Pro trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
  • Plan limits (team members, leads per month, active projects) are as shown on the pricing page. Active-project limits apply to projects open at the same time, not per month.

3. Fair Use of "Unlimited"

Where a plan says unlimited (leads, events, projects), it means unlimited for the ordinary operation of a photography or videography business. It does not permit automated bulk imports unrelated to real business activity, reselling access, or using one studio account to run multiple unrelated businesses. As a guide, usage beyond 10,000 new leads or 2,000 events in a month is outside ordinary studio use — we will contact you to find a suitable arrangement before limiting anything.

4. Your Data

Your studio's data belongs to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are responsible for having the consent of your own clients whose details you store in CaptureFlow.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful content or use, including spam or harassment of leads
  • No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service
  • One studio per account; team logins must not be shared outside your team

6. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
